-They say the mind can play tricks on you, when you're fahtoms deep under the waves, the whirr of the engines and the vibrations on the hull of the sub being your only anchor as you can't afford to trust those who would also succumb to their own mind's tricks...
-Today I'm putting that theory to the test, I've been offered the option to leave this god forsaken world we live in, just me, the crew, and the "not" yellow submarine. Not sure why they had to specify that, I'll be the first to admit it, it does sound sketchy, completely leaving society to live in a sub? Where will we get food? And what about borders and national laws for non-international waters? But I'm already in too deep, wether we never meet another human or not while in that coffin I don't care, beats watching the world slowly burn from my appartment window.
- Now I just hope that the captain's normal and not a sea crazed lunatic, cause if that's the case this journal might just become a moby dick rip-off story. Wish me luck!
