What Change do you want to Villagers/Illagers
Villagers, love em or hate em, they are a valuable resource to have.

Bring back pre-1.14 trading.
Irritating as it was, needing to trade for crap… ⌐_⌐ unwanted items 😇, made trading a bit less powerful.
There was also the [quite minor, but real] chance that one could permanently and irretrievably 'lock' an important villager; among other things this made letting another player use your villagers was not a cost free favor. [I've only locked one villager ever, and that was just a butcher, although one with good trades.]
Keeping work stations and the need to access them seems fine, but limiting time of day when trading can occur is mere annoyance.
Also (and not limited to villagers), restoring the double_ carpet_ defeats_ pathfinding feature would be great. (This was a quite useful lag management tool as well as a less annoying way to block off areas of one's base without needing to use – and thus open & shut – gates).
