What Graphics Cards are the best for pc???

Hi,i just got a gaming pc here http://www.futureshop.ca/en-CA/product/id/10203656.aspx ,but the graphics card is not very good,I am hopeing to pay $200-$400 as i also need to get a better power suppy.If you can help that would be great,I want to play most games max all(skyrim.gta 4 ect)
