Well I'm sorry, but it's just not true, I dive into the game files all the time, and I find some really cool things that people normally don't see in-game, but there is absolutely no trace of evidence to suggest that herobrine ever existed, and crashes are caused by conflicting actions that the game isn't programed to handle.

Hear me out here.... its kinda weird that there is like no humans like Alex steve and ect but we find ruins everywhere! and then we have the end which you must free from the enderdragon but thats not that important till we look at the endermen like where did they come from? and why must we free them? my guess is that they were humans at one point and something happend likely the ender dragon did smth that turned the humans all into endermen and now steve alex ect must free/avenge them ig

The endermen were once humans, just as we are. They got trapped in the end and had to feed on chorus fruit. They ate so much of it they become tall, black, skinny, and because of the fruit they gained the ability to teleport...

There kinda already is, but it's just really obscure. Like the illager buildings in the ancient city, the eerie "the axolotls are not what they seem" text, the illigers being terrified of the creaking, and now the new lore of the nether fossils being the remains of mother ghasts. There really is plenty of lore, it's just not directly told to us by the devs, but rather by the game through clues, waiting for us to find them, to understand them, and to learn from them.
