There appears to be a distortion in the foreground as though the grass where bulged upward. (What would cause such — at least in vanilla ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )
somewhat correct
The upper left corner also looks distorted as though the ground were pulled down.

grass in some areas look off place, like lines. Z fighting perhaps? or maybe just above ground/used a command because blocks can't be diagonal

The left most diagonal section appears to be a triangle that floats above the rest of the grass, as the pixels don’t look as small. The right most diagonal slopes down and reaches the grass. It might be either a smooth terrain mod, some weird geometry in a rendering software, or photoshop, that is if it has an explanation.
the arrows point in the direction of downwards slopes.
Of course, the middle section could be flat and the bright green section slanted upwards depending on the position of the camera.

i think i have it. It seems like the grass is flat but when you look at the 2 lines they end in exactly the same spot. The pixel angles of one section of grass are different from another section of grass. This is actually a grass pyramid with a 2 block wide, unknown length flat top (that explains absence of bottom glitch lines) slanting down ever so slightly using diagonal slopes on the corners which create the glitchy textured lines.
