What should be added?
What animal, feature, or biome should be added next? Or a variation of a pre-existing one.

I find MC (even 'old versions like 1.12) sufficiently rich that I'd prefer MS/Mj spend the effort on bug fixes and restoring performance.
From a mechanical standpoint. I'd like to see an end to non-renewable resources (even the largely ubiquitous blocks like dirt).
Toward what is likely the intent of the question:
Animal: some sort of tunneler à la the http://www.umberhulk.com/umberhulk-first-edition.html [the functionality, NOT the cheesy looks]
Feature: 'Insulated' redstone wire
Biome: Volcano [there was some interesting discussion of this at https://www.minecraftforum.net/ a few years back]

There to be some useful added that you can make with copper. a friend of mine has three floors filled with copper. idk what to do with it

Also, I think an end update would be cool, but not all of the stuff everybody wants, just grass and wood for the end would be nice.also capybaras

End is boring gameplay. Just random travel across uncomfortable terrain until you find an end city, then go home.
I find the end has some interesting properties that make it useful for some kinds of farming (particularly some of the more lag generating ones such as wool).
It’d be cool if they added trees that are kinda like the pale forest ones, but the color of purpur (the end city blocks). They’d be the same shape as mangrove trees.
