What to do when banner for 10 years? (only 8 now)

So i got a Ban like 2 years ago for saying this is my second profile but actually my older brother and me had same Minecraft account so he told me we could make this a second account just for me. And when i said this is my second account an moderator gave me a Ban without asking why its a second account. What shall i do?

First off, it seems a little extreme that they would ban you for 10 years over a second account. This seems like moderator misconduct to me. Open a support ticket and tell them who banned you if you remember. If not, try to the best of your ability to explain what happened. Also, a second account in your case is allowed. In the rules it states that there can only be one account per individual. Just don't run around calling this your second account, okay?

Alt accounts aren't allowed, so basically a 10 year ban is just a way of suspending an account for a long time. But, in this case it would be allowed if it really is only his, and not an alt. Just make a ticket, they're there for things like this.
