As the title says.
I'm going for either Fallout 4 or Undertale.
If Car Soccer gets it I'll eat my hat, I don't own a hat, I'll buy one.
Not sure about Halo 5, The Witcher 3 or MGSV so I'll just have to wait. xD
Edit: the wait for my copy of Fallout 4 to be delivered is a painful one. Edit: delivered but the 20 GB download is screwing me over.
Update: Added poll, couldn't add everything due to limitations.

I love how only 11 people got it right. I was unaware of just how in-depth the witcher was, as I hadn't watched more than 1 superficial series to avoid spoilers.

I voted for Witcher 3. I love Fallout 4 too, but it was severely over-hyped and that contributed to a lot of people being pretty unhappy with it since they were expecting something else. I still haven't finished Witcher 3. I'll have to get on that.

No use arguing about Undertale's graphics. It's MEANT to look like that. xD
It's not meant to, but only because there was only one developer. That's why games like Hotline Miami, Shovel Knight, and other games look like that. Or, I guess it could be just a throwback to older games.
But, besides that, the graphics in Fallout 4 should not deprive from the gameplay. Personally, I think Fallout 4's graphics aren't bad at all, only the facial animations. Plus, when I'm playing Fallout, I play to shoot mutated humans and dodge lasers. When you're fighting a horde of feral ghouls, you won't stop and think "wow, these graphics suck" (unless you're not actually playing for fun). You'll probably be thinking "holy crap where are you Piper".

I personally don't like Undertale, but I don't understand it as well as some people. It looks okay, but it's just not my type. Just cause 3 is my type of game, open-world like GTA, but doesn't have all the trasy stuff GTA has. It's a kid appropiate GTAV, basically. I also like explosions, alot.

Mind you, I'm not surprised people don't like Undertale, it takes quite a complex taste to enjoy. I mean it's basically a fresh take on the top down RPG genre, yet falling strangely in line with the Mother games (which are very unique and strange in their own way, nevermind the third one can make the manliest man cry). Which is amazing, but it doesn't surprise me that some people don't get it, but those who even remotely get it absolutely love it.

i personally dont like undertale because if its art style, i don't enjoy the style of gameplay either, the music is really really annoying, and thats just for starters

And it turns out Fallout 4 has its fair share of problems, not to mention using questionable design choices. That might explain some of the letdowns from the old guard.

I haven't played any new game this year, so I can't really put my personal vote in. However, I'm gonna guess The Witcher 3 is gonna win since everyone and their dog talks about how great it is. Sometimes they circlejek too hard though.
If I had a PS4 or a decent computer, I'd probably try it out. If it's not the Witcher, then probably Fallout 4. I heard that game's pretty good. I can honestly say that I doubt any of those indie games will win GOTY though.

I'm pretty sure this poll won't be accurate. For example, if you posted this on the Xbox forums, you'd probably get a lot of votes for Halo 5 there. And if you posted it on the Steam forums, there would be a lot more votes for Undertale (but don't forget; Fallout's on PC, too).

If you like stuff like Earthbound and Mother 3, Undertale is the best thing since, well, Mother 3.
And Mother 3 was literal perfection, even being able to be remotely compared to it is unheard of.
