Wither, It's a three headed mob, which makes it look cool. And it shoots out like wither heads which give you an effect called Withering! And fighting this thing is challenging.

Yes very practical, but you forgot to add illagers, my second favorite mob, because the kill the annoying villagers and drop emeralds when you kill them. The bad thing is they also attack players, not good.
