I stop thinking about real life and obsess over anime and go on the internet where it won't make me anxious 24/7

I meditate,it calms me

I cant calm down. I bottle it up so I don't hurt anyone else. I cannot let anyone get hurt. nope.

My way is to rap to 2 of my favorite Eminem songs, I don't know why but it calms me down so much when its finished. Whats yours?

that sounds so much like what my brother would say, the thing that work s best for me is getting on the computer \tabletno offense everybody's different exept you happen to be like my brother

But FYI, just because something has no negative affects doesn't make it good for you.

Well I cant use it's name because a got a warning but blank isn't really a "drug" persay. It has no negative effects, it just relaxes you, makes you happy and makes you very hungry. Also it's not very expensive.

Or i punch my desk. Either works. Or sometimes i choke my monitor, or bite on my arm or my computer mouse. ,_,

I dont get really mad or rage much so . . .
but when i get worried i just watch or read something

I play bullet hells. My favorite is Luftrauser :3

for some reason i get really calm by playing video games. i know it has the opposite effect on most people, but not for me. even pretty stressful games like first person shooters kind of calm me down somehow. i guess it might be a sign about that im addicted to it.

I go to my dog and lie down in bed with him.
