hi guys i want to buy minecraft using my phone i saw it but it was a different country and im from ireland and i would like to know if it is possibly as i got no credit card

One word of warning I forgot to mention. If you try to pay through a prepaid "credit-card" gift card, make sure that the card explicitly states it can be used anywhere in the world. A lot of people have trouble with this method for paying for Minecraft because of US (where I am) laws regarding exchange with other countries. I don't know what kind of regulations exist in Ireland however.

If you don't have a credit card, other payment options might exist. I like using a prepaid Visa gift card which you can buy at many participating retailers. I don't know if they have expanded to Ireland yet, but Minecraft also sells code cards in some countries which can be redeemed on the website for the game.
