Where can I make a website with minimal web design skills?

So, I've been planning on making a website for some time now, and wanted to know if anyone had suggestions for where I could make one. I've got practically zero knowledge of web design, so something simple and intuitive is probably the best for me. I'd like my website to have forums, preferably similar to the ones here at PMC. I'd probably use it primarily for roleplaying, though maybe have a section for blogs or other forms of discussion.

as much as i hate these 'free' sites for your needs enjin or webly are good starting ones... if you have a little money look into Wordpress as long as you can purchase a host for the website there are 1000s and 1000s of free or low cost templates you can set up and that have easy to edit templates and guides.

Webs have good forum system. I recommend it.

look at the HTML and CSS tutorials.
Then, get Notepad++ (or some other text editor that isn't Word), and being making your site.
