I'm using the somewhat rare and illusive Windows 7, the last good version of Windows before Windows 8 came and screwed everything up (Though I think it's okay compared to the stalking piece of trash I had to use for school known as Windows 10).

Sometimes people can't move up because they have other things on their pc that would just be too hard to "update" so to speak. So they just stay on the current version.
