i've always been a fan of blender... hmmm i'll go with a tie between blender, halucid and lordtrilobite

Hmmm... I'd have to say it's a 14-way tie between: Studnicky, LordTrilobite, Neekingtime, Bundy, pens_and_pencils, Sneeze7, fantasyhound, Tharesan, MC-Dread, Cadsuane, whtdragon, AnunC8, Blender, and most recently; unktenchi.
I would not be surprised if unktenchi took the crown over all of us, nor would I be disappointed. Keep an eye out.

In all seriousness, though...Halucid's skins are great...But that's no secret. How about more up-and-coming skinners? whtdragon! His skins are really detailed, and generally pretty awesome. :>

Halucid's skins are perfect as far as I am concerned.

I think studnicky is really good, but halucid is just as great, so is Blender...

Gonna have to give it to Halucid on this one. He may not make the skin 100% perfect but he's easily the most imaginative skinner on the site
