Probably because they cannot build anything, but when used right it could look beautiful: www.reddit.com/r/Minecraftbuilds/comments/1hl9dor/ive_finally_completed_my_mansion/
yeah!!
Answer with explanation: CAMMAN18
that seems to be a lot of ppl's answers 😭
While I'm not overly fond of birch, I don't hate it. So more of an aversion to it. Kinda over used it in one of servers that I played on, so now it's kinda avoided. Still use it on occasions.
makes sense
because the yellow and white kinda aren't used a lot in builds, the latter of which being overshadowed by newcomer pale oak?
thats understandable
Cause Caman18 doesn't like it so people wanted to copy the YouTuber then people wanted to be a part of the popular opinion so that's why
makes sense
i think so
think what?
that everyone hate birch
oh. yeah
Because it is too white, it is too...plain compared to other woods like oak(nostalgic) spruce(chocolattteeeee :D, cozy) Dark oak(creepy) cherry (cute) Bamboo (yellow...) jungle (foreign) even pale oak (well...pale) i feel like it is a downgraded version of pale oak logs. Like bruh. Also, EYES
..it just looks like wood. like the rest of them. i think it looks pretty nice. the eyes are understandable tho
Racism*
thats probably one of the funniest responses to this comment possible
Brich is kinda evil every time i use brich in my world I die
ok.
the trees look like they have eyes, and i do not like being watched
other than that it is indeed a pretty wood
other than that it is indeed a pretty wood
ehh understandable
i like every minecraft block but i dont think birch is ugly its an ok block to use in builds
i agree!
birch is yummy
tasty
I think birch with most other wood and even block types (especially the darker ones) looks good, but I don't like when people mix birch with sand. It just looks kinda ugly.
right
yeah birch and sand never looks right to me either
thats like saying moss and grass don't look good
mixing 2 blocks with the exact, same, color palette makes it look good.

well moss and grass are both nature. birch and sand are the same color, sure, but i think its tne fact that theyre two different materials that rubs me the wrong way
Very true
birch combined with dark oak is cool
yeah!
birch is cool
it is!
I won't say it's ugly but I would say it's the worst looking wood variant. Everything else looks natural and beautiful except for birch...it just stands out.
acacia
I like Acacia, favourite is Spruce though
i mean. blue and pink dont look natural either,,,
Yes they do and where did u get blue
crimson and warped????
They're fictional, fictional stuff is cool.
doesnt fit the criteria you already set up tho 😭

What makes you think that? I like a birch fence, trapdoor and door.
me too! but like half the internet hates birch 😭
birch is okay in my opinion, it's just very mid, it's kind of like oak 2.0. What i'm trying to say is, it's basic.
my favourite wood type is acacia, jungle is my second favourite, so it's not that i dislike different wood types, birch is always stuck in the middle
oak is the classic
dark oak is... well dark
jungle is unique
acacia is orange and has gray logs, plus did i mention it's orange?
bamboo is intricate
pale is light, but also suffers a bit from birch's problem (bland)
copper is industrial
cherry is, well cutsey (and i love it)
spruce hits the perfect not too dark not too light spot and blends with oak
crimson and warped and maroon and cyan, and they have an animated texture
mangrove is a more natural and washed red
birch? it's mediocre, bland. If you want tan use oak? the door and trapdoor stink, oak is better, hell even the acacia door is better! it doesn't have much that appeals to me

eh, makes sense
"mid" we are NOT in 2023
mid is used as a shorting of medium here
why has this gotten so much engagement lmao
