Yes, I do too know exactly what you mean, I listen back to music from the games I played as a child and the Nostalga just kicks in, especially in games like Spyro or Crash Bandicoot, Rayman, the old Sonic games which are filled with great tunes, I love to relax a bit and listen to the music that filled my childhood with gaming awesomeness! =3
