AzieI was going to let this post go until people started talking about past bans/infractions/etc, but it seems as though it couldn't go more than 5 minutes...
Now I'm going to babysit this thread. As soon as someone posts something else about bans/infractions/etc, this thread will be locked. Even if you're not "complaining", your comment could very well serve to cause others to complain about their bans and begin flame wars, so please don't.

I would probably just make small changes to the site....
Nothing drastic.
Having the "score" (number of diamonds earned) on the site rankings back would be one.
And probably order an app to be made. Or at least have Tapatalk functionality added to the forums.

If I could code, I would add the ability for members to rearrange submissions on their page and the ability to create named project folders on their page too so we could have some organization beyond "most recently updated/submitted"

It's on our list. A lot goes into making changes like this. There are a lot more important features ahead of it, as well (such as a 'member wall').

So some of you would either change the site to suit yourself, give yourself fake experience, demote all the moderators or ban people you don't like?
The reality
Anyone who would do any of those, wouldn't make a good Cyprezz.
But why do any of this?
The site is pretty good as it is, so why change everything? Fake experience doesn't get you anywhere, either; Cyprezz sets a good example. Why demote the moderators? Do you want a troll army to take over, or something? Lastly, a good admin on any website or server doesn't ban people because they feel like it; they stay unbiased.

Also, if I were given Cyprezz's position for a day, I would also make Paril create a PMC app so that it's more accessible on my mobile device. Mainly for chat, because chat on my phone is terrible and frustrating. But I'm sure the rest of the site could be made smoother for mobile devices too. But mainly chat. Chat app is best app.

I would redo the server section.
I would divide it into server sizes so smaller servers are on a different list than the mega servers.
Devisions:
Tiny: 0-20 players
Small:21-50 players
Medium: 51-100 players
Large: 101-500 players
Mega: 501+ players
There would essentially be 6 lists. Each list for each server size.
There would also be an auto-purger to remove servers that have been down for more than 3 months. I would keep the server types, although they would be per list.

I would make like a thread and ask people what is wrong with the site, then use the powers of coding/whatever makes pmc work to fix them. And on that day, I'd rename is to PDC hehehehehehe like the above guys said

I would get rid of PMC because the community are sadly just immature kids that like to mess around and take nothing seriously. After getting into plugin development, I realized SpigotMC and Bukkit were the places to go.

This isn't a community devoted to a single subject, so of course it's going to garner larger audiences. If you're looking for development help on Bukkit or Spigot, those forums should always be your first go-to place anyways.
