I don't know what changes have been made, last time I played Minecraft was more than 3 years ago. But recently I booted it up again, and noticed my game doesn't run smoothly at all. My frames are fine, 60+, but every 4 or 5 seconds, the game freezes for a second or two.
I've looked at forums, and have tried: lowering all sounds in game, updating my drivers and Java, editing how much RAM Java is allowed to use for MC, installing OptiFine, changing how often the autosave happens, using max settings, using min settings, changing resolutions, and cleaning my registry. None have fixed it so far, and I really want to get back into the game. This happens both in multiplayer and solo, and even in the main menu. Please help, I've included a picture of errors and warnings from the output log, if that helps:

check ingame how much dedicated ram is actually ran through. sometimes updating the game can result in the latest java being capped under 20mb. which results in tons of errors and frustration to check press f3 and locate the ram and see what the max size is. usually you will have to go inside the actual java and dedicate more ram towards java.

How do I do that I have 6GB dedicated in the launcher, but F3 reveals that there's 460MB

Make sure you have the latest update of Windows 10 Home that your using. This is an issue in the game where it saves every couple of seconds. If you have it go turn off "Threaded Optimization" in the "Manage 3D Settings" section of the Nvidia control panel. That usually does the trick.
