I was playing on Xbox and someone had big oversized skins I need to know how he got them

Do you mean hd(128x128) or 4d skins(skins with custom geometery)? You can't make custom skins on xbox, which might have been what they were using. You can get some 4d/hd skins on xbox through the marketplace though.

oversized as in 128x128 instead of 64x64? are you using a texture pack?
