I’m having trouble getting Datapacks into mcpe. If anyone could give me a run through on how to get those into my game, that’d be great!

Datapacks aren't for bedrock edition, only java. There's no way to upload add-ons(things for bedrock which are about the same as datapacks) besides a forum post here sadly, so I'd suggest checking out bedrock specific websites for those
