DOES MODS IN HERE WORKS IN MCPE? HOW?

hi ever since i watch little kelly i always get jealous because i cannot have her mods and also i don't know how to do it before. But now i know i am asking if this works in mcpe bedrock edition. It would really be helpful if you would answer.

Add-ons are basically the bedrock version of mods you probably should watch a tutorial on how to get them

They are no mods in bedrock only adons and texture packs
Mods are only a thing on Minecraft Java (for Linux, Mac, PC) and they require Third Party Modifications of the vanilla Java Minecraft game (like fabric or forge and technically Spigot/Paper)
