With https://www.planetminecraft.com/skin-editor/ checking the HD box when you make a new skin will give you the standard br resolution of 128x128 (vs the standard java of 64x64)

bedrock edition supports all skin formats that java edition does, with the biggest difference being that bedrock also supports transparency and higher resolutions. so long as you have a java edition skin, it should also work on bedrock edition.
