How do I spawn a button facing a certain direction?

You'd use /setblock (coords) stone_button [value], with a value from 0-5.
- 0: facing down
- 1: facing east
- 2: facing west
- 3: facing south
- 4: facing north
- 5: facing up

That wouldn't work on bedrock sadly, as bedrock doesn't use block states
