My Spawnpiont doesn't work/update! Help needed S.V.P

I've seen many people that they had the problem with the radius. But, that's not this one. I've got a K.I.T. PvP that was made on the old Ps4 version. And now updates to the New Bedrock Version. And I'm changing many things like the spawn. But, even when I set the spawn somewhere els. People still spawn att the orginal place where the spawn was. The new spawn doesn't update it seems. Even when I set the radius on 1 and a command block under that block to get teleported to the right places. got I a problem. Because, only with my main I got that spawn. With my alt acc I spawn on a differend cordinates...
Does anyone got ideans or explanations or solution?

Did you use /setworldspawn, which sets the spawnpoint for every player without a bed (iirc)

Yss I did it every time with /setwordspawn.

that means the players have their world spawnpoint set to the old worldspawn. You'll have to do /spawnpoint <player> <new location> for each player then
