The join button is not working for me and I cannot join any of the minecraft singleplayer worlds

I tried to join a singleplayer world with my sister on minecraft,but I cannot because the button I need to press to join is not working.I am a guest on the xbox one and if anyone knows anything to fix this problem,please help.Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Edit:I fixed the probelm and the join button is working again! I restarted the x-box!

Idk how xbox works but usually if your a guest on xbox you have to pay for online play to do that
