Unable to install mob skins on Minecraft: Bedrock Editionhelp

I’m on pocket edition and I don’t know how to install minecraft mob skins on iOS, since the forum for installing them on iOS is outdated. I have tagged the mob skins with the Bedrock tag, instead of the Java tag, but idk how that makes a difference. Help?
