It is unlikely that anyone will be looking for a dev that has just started learning Java since to make plugins you need decent advanced knowledge. I recommend you learn how to configure basic plugins for servers and maybe have a look at the source code to some plugins and see if you can figure out how they work. It might allow you to learn quicker.

I've made 3 plugins, what aren't "advanced" but minecraft plugins aren't hard to make
I've made a paste plugin, Live code (Runs code from a site without needing to restart), The last one is basically a hub core (Has everything needed for a hub server)
