Any Way To Easily Combine Two Different Minecraft Worlds?
A couple of days ago I converted me and my brothers' five-year-old xbox 360 worlds to java from an old flash drive. When we were younger, we dreamed about being able to go between these worlds by just sailing across the seas rather than loading a new world with new gear, so that's what we are trying to make now: a big super-world of all of our now-converted save files. Is there any way to easily combine these worlds?

You might be able to use MCEdit, then. https://www.mcedit.net/
I know it has problems with 1.13, but I don't remember exactly what the last version of minecraft it supported actually was.
Definitely make a backup of your worlds before trying, but it couldn't hurt, and there's loads of youtube tutorials on how to use it.

Thanks for the help, it worked! I guess I was using an old version of mcedit that just wasn't as good for pasting large plots of land. Thanks again!

Awesome! I'm glad I helped.

Merging two worlds together? Not possible as far as I know, however as R_Ryan pointed out you can use MCEdit to copy existing chunks and structures in one world and export/import them into another.

Sorry, for 1.12 you'd want https://www.mcedit-unified.net/

If you give me the world files I might be able to do it for you.
The key word is might.

What's the process?

Probably putting both the worlds into a world editor and putting an ocean in between them.

Yup, I made a water world in worldpainter and used a new version of mcedit to essentially paste the two worlds together. Thanks for the help!
