Any way to hide potion particles in 1.15.2 minecraft?

I'm building a server with ultimate class system. Every class has their own specialty. I have set up endless Regeneration for Human, Haste for Dwarf and Speed for Elf. It's all looking good so far, but the only thing that matters here is that those potion particles cannot be hidden. I'm using this plugin called UltimateClasses. Anyone able to help me out with this? All i want is to hide those annoying particle effects..

You can turn off all particles in the video settings. You can also reduce them.

Not sure how the effects are given on your server, but vanilla /effect command gives you ability to hide the particles, example:
/effect give @p minecraft:regeneration 60 1 true
Where true makes particles hidden
/effect give @p minecraft:regeneration 60 1 true
Where true makes particles hidden
