I need a no lag 15 slot server with plugins what host should I go with? ALSO NEED A MONEY BACK THING PLZ HELP! ALSO A CHEAP ONE I can't pay over $20 Aussie dollars!

I have not tried them but always read a host TOS never know if their is a 'Catch' in it.
