Does deleting a mojang account remove it from name mc

I’ve been wanting to create a new account with the same username as my account now. This is because of an unwanted username history. I’ve tried to contact mojang they will not remove the previous username. My question is if I delete my mojang account will it still show in search results of name mc

If you claim your player on namemc, you'll be able to customize the stuff, and I'm not 100% sure about this because I've never changed my username, but you might be able to hide your previous usernames.
I don't recommend deleting your account just cause of that, though, no one's gonna care lol
