Every time I try to load into a world or server I get an error message. Only happens when I have optifine installed or forge. I tried uninstalling forge optifine Minecraft and java multiple times and nothing has worked I even uninstalled my antivirus software.

Do you have McAfee or Avast installed? They are known to cause this issue (see this bug report). Try uninstalling them, rebooting your computer, and see if that works.
