Glitch:Too Many items mod ain't workin' with minecraft forge

When i install too many items mod on it's own, it ain't workin'
and too when i do it with minecraft forge, it ain't workin' either!!!!!

Are you sure that you're using the 1.4.6 version? In fact, is there even a 1.4.6 version out?
EDIT: Looks like there is - try force updating your Minecraft then installing it from the link that says "Download for Minecraft 1.4.6 (Updated 12/22)" at http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/140 ... ons-fixes/ . If that doesn't work, try using Magic Launcher.
