So, sometimes on Java Edition, when I enter a portal (End or Nether), it freezes on the loading screen. It doesn't happen every time, but it happens a lot, and when it happens I have to restart my game. Is there a way to fix this?

Just like how you would lag when entering your overworld from the save menu, it will do the same for the other dimensions because it needs to load chunks which is cpu-consuming

Yeah, I have that other problem too. At least I know why I have these problems.
