How Do I Change This Text in Alpha Minecraft?

So, if any of you watched or played Alpha Minecraft, you probably seen the version thing in the top, however i wanna change so that it says whatever i want it to say. so instead of "Alpha v1.0.14" i wanna change it to.. lets say "goofy ahh version idk". imgur.com/GNWiYQc if anyone knows this, plz tell me how to do it! i actually did try something, that is going to the inside of the .jar file and going to net > minecraft > client and opening Minecraft.class and finding the word "Alpha". imgur.com/jEjcGiz but once i change that, it still keeps the original, so lets say i changed it to "craftMine Alpha 1.0.1.1_01" but it still keeps the name "Minecraft Alpha 1.1.0" in the game.
