How do I detect a player whom is holding an item?

I'm making an eating thing, that allows you to eat mobs and players, the version is 1.21.4 after I'm done making it, I'll show you how to make it. Btw I've been playing roblox a lot lately, it's became boring for now, so I'm playing minecraft again. Merry Christmas!!
