How do I put colors in the letters of the signs?

How do I put colors in the letters of the signs? At 1.15, I can't use this "§", I just can't type this character in the signs: "§". I need help!

So, you can either color the text with dye OR i sometimes use this sign generator
as for commands, i cannot use those xD
