a friend made me a minecraft skin, but it's 128X128 and minecraft won't take it unless its 64X64 or 64X32. How do I made it 64X64 without it looking bad?
edit: here's the skin in question

I rescaled it to 64px using PaintDotNet with Nearest Neighbor filter

Well, you could try a simple reduction - the link will give you a 64x64 version ....... not going to say its perfect, but its the quickest way to try .....
