Download Tlauncher From Tlauncher.org and click mods and select any mod or map u want !

To extend on this post, you only want to download mods from https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods.
Avoid sites such as 9minecraft as they're known to steal mods and even include malware in some downloads.

not just from curse, there are other sites around that do offer clean mods, like pmc, mcf and some mod devs host there own mods

Oh yea. I just link curse since it's the most used mod site and it's 100% safe

Go to http://files.minecraftforge.net/ and download the version you want then it should show up in your launcher, launch it and then go into the mod tab and click open mod folder this is where you put your mods which should be .jar files. then restart your game and you should have mods.
