How to make an item unfixable with /fix! I need help

I have the plugin mineable spawners and made it so you need silktouch 2, and I want the item used to mine them only have 1 use so I need to disable the /fix command on it, I know how to do it in the anvil, but I need to make it so they can't /fix that item. SOMEONE please help, I've looked everywhere

either remove the /fix command or make the pick a 1 time use

but if its a 1 time use they can just /fix it before they use it, I ended up finding a solution using a series of plugins but thank you :D

max durability 1, is what i was meaning so even if they did it wouldnt do anything but good to know you found a fix for it
