I can't open links in versions 1.13 and above

I can't open links 1.13 or above. Any version below this links work. My default browser is set to chrome, I've also tried changing my default browser but still nothing happens. Web links are also on. When I click a link, it gives me the prompt as normal, but when I click "Yes," it goes out of the prompt and does nothing. Can anyone help?

That's because you need to grant Minecraft access through your firewall

Look up allowing programs thru firewall on youtube. your probably going to need to add either minecraft or java thru your firewall. that might fix your problem. but honestly im not 100% sure.
