so basically whenever i play minecraft the chests and redstone look like this i've tried reinstalling and am not using any resource packs does anyone know what i should do im on 1.14.3 there normal on singleplayer but on any server it looks like this

Do you have a solid, consistent connection to the servers? As it could be that the server & the client have become de-synced. This is visually common with the chests, not so much the redstone.

Yes i usually have a solid connection to servers and i did a little researching and found out that everything looks normal on all of the 3 servers i saw the bug on if i play on 1.12.2 instead so its probably a version thing.
