I need some help with a command

I have a map, and it would be nice to know how to teleport all players to a specific player.
Basically, when 1 player steps on a gold block, I want all players to teleport to that player.
Also, this will only be helpful if I can also use radius parameters in the command.
Is this possible?

My suggestion for this would be rather than teleporting all players to the person that stepped on a gold block, teleport all players to the co-ordinate of the golden pressure plate. This would be less compact however and may not be what you want.

I am not sure if this works, but try /tp @a @p
Put the command block under the gold block.
