Is there a way to get shaders without Optifine?

So, basically, I have tried installing Optifine as a mod for Forge, but it says that Optifine isn't supported in Forge, I remember that in previous versions you could do this, so, is there a mod for shaders or a way to bypass this?

Most shaders require Optifine to be loaded, as they aren't mods themselves. The reason why Optifine isn't compatible with Forge at the moment is that the 1.13 version of Forge changed a few things that Optifine needs to load. The developer of Optifine has been working on a solution though. I would guess that a version of Optifine which is compatible with Forge will be out within a few weeks.
