Looking for some assistance on my server

Hey there, looking for some help on my server. I'm pretty familiar with normal plugin usage and server management. However I seem to be having issues with getting the server to run smoothly. I would greatly appreciate any kind of tips or tricks to help Plugins to work with the server well. I'd even be willing to pay for professional support to help me mitigate this in the future xD
