Looking for Specific Plugins

Hey, PMC! Once again, not sure if this is the appropriate place for this topic, but I'm searching for a plugin to use on my server that functions kinda like a news system. For example, and I want to be able to share new updates with my players without using my MOtD. Does anyone know of any plugins that work this way?

You could use an announcer plugin perhaps. An announcer will typically announce messages to everyone every x seconds. I use one to give players tips at random intervals.

Yeah, but then you need to be online in order to see it. I'm mainly looking for something similar to mail but different.

You could probably do something basic with essentials /info command aliases and custom help pages... Is it worth the effort though, I mean would people use it or know about it? Reading lots of text in a mc chat window while people are talking on a server is a nightmare. Would you not be better off just posting to a #news or #announcement channel on a discord server like most other servers?
