Minecraft 1.12 crashing constantly
As of recent I found that Minecraft crashes on a regular basis. I used to find it really stable and had no issues on any computer. I reinstalled Java but that did not help. Sometimes it freezes, not responding etc. and sometimes it just closes without prompt. Playing vanilla 1.12.
Computer details:
Lenovo Laptop
Windows 10 64-bit (windows 8.1 upgrade)
Intel i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz 2.40 GHz
RAM: 8GB (7.89 GB usable)
NVIDIA GeForce GT 820M
I'm not sure where I should look for error logs but under "latest.log"
"[23:14:16] [Server thread/INFO]: Saving chunks for level 'Medieval Village'/overworld
[23:14:17] [Server thread/INFO]: Saving chunks for level 'Medieval Village'/the_nether
[23:14:17] [Server thread/INFO]: Saving chunks for level 'Medieval Village'/the_end
[23:14:46] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 2536ms behind, skipping 50 tick(s)"
I have the graphics set to pretty much minimum.
Why is this happening?

is your graphics card updated?

Vanilla 1.12? Why not 1.12.2?
Also: what launcher do you use? My suggestion would be to change its settings so that it'll open a log window, this will allow you to see exactly what reasons it mentions for the crash.
So:
If you haven't already be sure to open the menu (see green square marker), then open the 3rd tab and enable the option where the arrow points to.
See: your log snippet doesn't seem to indicate a crash at all, because if your game crashes then it wouldn't cleanly try to save its stuff. It would crash; thus abruptly end. Of course weird things can happen.
That brings me to another issue: did you mess with your profile? So did you change any special settings?
