Hello, when I try to access my skins through the launcher, it says that my device isn't compatible with webGL, but I tested and it is compatible. Also it worked before, and know it won't

do you have an internet connection when your trying? what is your device type and OS? Do you have a firewall?

Yes, I'm connected to the internet, I'm using a notebook, an inspiron 5567, and I'm using Windows 10
Minecraft has already been added to the firewall.1
firewall may be blocking it

or outdated graphics like the mojang report says

Thanks for the suggestion, but I fixed it, the problem was that the launcher was using my integrated graphics instead of the dedicated one.
