I'm using the multiverse sign portals plugin; and it seems that only OPs can use the signs to travel between worlds, but i want everyone to be able to use them. additionally, i would like to know a simple but good plugin i can use to protect areas from non OPs building or breaking in them, like how the vanilla spawn protection works but just inside of a specific area. this is because i have placed the signs inside of small structures that i don't want to be greifed


I dont want to use ranks, just the OP/Non-OP distinction. How can i assign permissions based on just that?
