(Papermc) Server starts, i can join but people cant

Hello!
Server info:
I have port forwarded (idk if i use tcp, udp or both)
I try to use my external ip + 25565 (default port), but no work.
Tried to use shockbyte domain maker (try it) It made an A record, but for some reason, same stuff.
Im not really sure what to do now.

Have you checked if you truly have opened your port?

Btw minecraft servers use tcp when port forwarding and make sure your pc firewall isn't blocking the packets from leaving your computer.

That only enables Mojang authentication.
If online mode is true, Mojang checks if your account is verified. Otherwise itll accept cracked clients.

i know that, but 99% of people that run servers in offline mode have a pirated version of the game thus making it against the rules to help the person asking for help

1st off, that point does not in any way support your 1st comment. Misleading people just because they usually dont have the money to buy a somewhat expensive game (a lot more expensive in countries with bad economy) is still rude

If your playing on java and the server host is java, the other players wouldn't be able to join if their on bedrock.

I know they are on java too. io netty connection refused happens.
